US Veteran Talent works on a contingent basis for most searches.

  • we present qualified candidates

  • you only pay a placement fee if you hire a candidate we introduce and the hire remains employed through the agreed guarantee period

This structure allows employers to engage us with minimal upfront risk.

Placement Fees

Our standard fee is typically expressed as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year base salary.

Depending on the role, search requirements, and hiring volume, that fee is generally in the range of:

20% of first-year base compensation
